I think one of the biggest resistances to changing and achieving self-mastery is that most people think there’s going to be some massive change that will completely alter their lives.
While that is most certainly the case internally, (mindset, faith, perspective) I haven’t found that to be the case externally. A lot of what I’m doing now looks similar to how life was for me before I stopped self-sabotage. That’s because self-mastery is just doing the same things differently.
